PROVERBS 24:16a “for though a righteous man falls seven times, he rises again…”
Every one born as a human fails and falls in life, our humanity is marred by sin and therefore failure is inevitable. There has not even been one person who has not experienced failure. Human frailty is ever with us. However, failure is not final. Though we may fall, we will rise.
God will turn every bitter situation into something sweet. God is not impatient and will not mock us nor will He blame us. He knows we are not perfect; we are in the process of perfection. The world looks at our failure but Jesus looks beyond our failure; He comes in our life to create a new future. “We know in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who are called according to his purpose” (Rom. 8:28). The sacrifice on the cross-paid the penalty for every sin and every failure: past, present and future. So, today if you fear failure or fear that you may fall let me remind you that you are righteous when you are in Christ and when you fail Jesus will pull you out of failure and lead you to victory and when you fall, you will fall into His hands and He will make you rise in His strength.
