We as believers of Christ have many responsibilities to be accomplished. The world is criticizing and describing us. As followers of eternal God our life has to be a witness for many. Jesus was a witness for all of us. His testimony is the still and will be changing the lives of many. In the same manner God expects His children’s also to set an example for other so that many can come into the salvation experience.
Now the main focus is How to be a witness? What makes our lives so meaningful? If we look at Job’s life we can clearly see how fruitful His life was even in midst of sorrows, pain, agony and diseases. He was a guy with all wealth and blessings, who lived a life pleasing God and duly doing his responsibilities accordingly. Even when he lost all his wealth, he still focused on the goodness of God without murmuring. He praised God in all his time.
Do we? What is our nature towards our creator when we gain and loose. Praise Him for what you have and do not complain for what is taken because good things are yet to come into our lives. Job life has taught us that even in midst of all suffering it is possible to be with God and to please Him.
We see Almighty God testifying about Job in 42:7 “ye have not spoken of me the thing that is right, as my servant Job hath”.
We are yet to receive such a testimony and to be a witness being His disciple working for His Glory alone. Lord make me a witness for others, may my life be a testimony for others. Mould me and make me. IN JESUS name. AMEN.
